About our amazing Pies

The Brooky Pie started long ago from an original French pastry recipe developed over a long period of time. Eric, the original owner of the Brooky Pie once said, that the first bite of your pie you taste is the pastry, so the first bite should always be the best! Eric was passionate about pies and so are we.


The proven secret recipe is simple, use the best produce to produce the best product: fresh beef and flaky pastry that simply melts in your mouth. After twenty-nine years The Brooky Pie has become an icon on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. Try one and see for yourself. We serve fantastic Coffee Mio coffee from Melbourne, they have been roasting coffee in Melbourne for over 50 years.


We believe so strongly in Eric's secret recipe that we won't fundamentally change a thing at the Brooky Pie. We may just tweak the edges by adding a few new items. Our philosophy is to keep it simple and keep it real.
